I understand how you feel because I've been there myself. That's why I have made it my life's mission to be that sounding board for entrepreneurs who are driven to be more and achieve more.
My Story
I am a serial entrepreneur, inspirational speaker and entrepreneur coach. Having built several multi-million-dollar companies over the past 30 years, I am battle tested from the school of hard knocks and fully understand the emotional & financial roller coaster of building companies from scratch.
My largest business sold more than $250 million dollars in products to the world's leading companies including Walmart, Target, Kohl's, Sam's Club, BJ's, Costco, Dick’s Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx, QVC & Amazon. The company started with one product, one idea, A BIG ASS DREAM and ultimately grew into a 50-employee business with $25M in annual sales.
I am BATTLE-TESTED from the school of hard knocks. I have been through almost every possible challenge that an entrepreneur can have. I’ve made and lost millions, accumulated a ton of experience, and will save you time, money and the heartache of trying to figuring it out on your own.
Over the years, I have been asked to speak on mindset and entrepreneurship at industry events, annual meetings, and nationally renowned colleges & universities.
After 30 years as an entrepreneur, the lessons I’ve learned and connections I’ve made along the way allow me to help my clients grow faster than they ever thought possible and avoid costly mistakes in the process. I believe that entrepreneurship should be a passionate, philosophical journey comprised of equal parts HEART, MIND, and SKILL - not a life filled with frustration, overwhelm, and isolation.
Why I Do What I Do...
The simple answer - MY FAMILY.
I learned many years ago that my business did not define me. If my business was successful but I lost my wife and kids in the process, I would be devastated. Once I internalized this, it all changed for me. It all started to come together so easily.
I love spending time with my wife, Donna, working out, mountain biking, kayaking, traveling or walking around Buffumville Lake in Charlton, MA with our 2 dogs Duncan & Bella. We also love hanging with our our daughter Bailey & son Brant and watch them participate in their college sports.
I'm also a rabid Boston sports fan! Go Celtics, Bruins, Patriots and Red Sox!
